Team India’s Action-Packed Schedule: 39 Home Games Against Australia and England from 2023 to 2028: During the digital rights bidding auction conducted by BCCI for selling the TV and Digital rights for India’s home matches from 2023-28, broadcasters released the schedule of the Indian Team.

India will play its 45% matches against Australia and England from 2023 to 2028 in India. Team India will play 88 matches at home after the Asia Cup 2023 to 2028 in India, in which India will play 39 matches against Australia and England.

The cycle of India vs Australia matches will start in September with a three-match ODI series after that and five T20Is in November after World Cup 2023. More matches of Australia against India were scheduled in the 2027 Border Gavaskar Trophy, which consists of 5 Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is matches from November to December 2027. 

The cycle of India Vs England will start with five Tests from January to March 2024 in India. The next series was scheduled for the Year 2025, which consisted of Three ODIs and Five T20Is in January and February.

The last series against England was in 2028, which consisted of five Tests in January and March 2028. From 2023 to 2028, Team India will play only one series at home against Sri Lanka, which consists of Three ODIs and Three T20Is.

Afghanistan will play 1 Test and Three ODIs against India in June 2026, and in January 2024, Afghanistan will tour India for Three T20I matches series. As per the reports, the upcoming broadcast cycle includes 25 Tests, 27 ODIs, and 36 T20Is.
