TATA IPL Points Table 2024: Punjab Kings won their first match of TATA IPL 2024 after defeating Delhi Capitals by 4 wickets at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur. However, DC also played good cricket but Punjab batters gave fantastic performance therefore PBKS is now in second position in the latest TATA IPL Points Table 2024 with 2 points whereas Delhi Capitals is in 9th position with 0 points.
Punjab Kings played good cricket in this match and easily chased the target despite losing a couple of wickets in the middle overs of the second inning. Skipper Shikhar Dhawan played aggressively and gave a good start to the team. Arshdeep Singh bowled well as he took two wickets but if he gets support from the other end then they might restrict DC at a much lower score.
Delhi Capitals has started the tournament with a defeat therefore they will try to bounce back in the upcoming games.
