After a long wait and a lot of thought, the Orange Army has appointed South African star batsman Aiden Markram as the new captain.
This Proteas player had proven his captaincy in the recent past, when the Sunrisers franchise’s own team, the Sunrisers Eastern Cap team won the title in South Africa’s T20 league, the SAT20 League, where this team defeated the Pretoria Capitals in the final match.
