ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings, India is at TOP Position, Australia is at Fourth spot | ICC Men’s T20I Team Standings: India won the 1st T20I Match against Australia by two wickets, which was played at Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Vizag. After this match, India retained their first position in the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings.
Australia played excellent cricket in the first match against Vizag, and but, India is leading the series by 1-0. Currently, Australia is present at fourth position in the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings with a rating of 252 and 8,584 points.
India is present at the top spot in the ICC T20I Team Rankings, with a rating of 265 in 61 games with 16,137 points. Indian Team has played wonderful cricket in the past years in T20I cricket, which led them to hold the top position in this format with complete dominance.
Australia lost the first T20I match as they didn’t played good cricket, especially with the ball. The Australian Team has a great chance to get the top position in the ICC T20I Team Rankings if they win the remaining four matches of this series.
England has occupied second position in the latest ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings, with a rating of 259 in 43 games with 11,133 points. England played exceptional cricket in T20Is, but recently, they played poor cricket in the ODI World Cup 2023.
New Zealand and Pakistan are present at third and fifth spot in the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings. New Zealand has a rating of 255 with 13,534 points in 53 matches, whereas Pakistan has played 53 matches and has a rating of 251 with 13,325 points.
Pakistan played good cricket in T20Is before the World Cup 2023, but most of the games were against low-ranked teams. However, they won the home series against New Zealand. In recent times, Pakistan’s performance declined in international cricket due to internal politics in team management.
