Sebastian Vettel was born on 3rd July 1987 in Heppenheim, Germany. Seb is one of the 4 kids of Nobert Vettel and Heike Vettel. Nobert back in the day was a carpenter while Heike worked as a homemaker. Nobert at times also loved go-karting and that can be possibly seen as an origin of Sebastian’s love for cars. Sebastian has three siblings. His brother Fabian Vettel is a racing driver too. The other two of his sisters have an academic background. Melanie is a dental technician and Stefanie is a physiotherapist for disabled children. Sebastian Vettel was idolizing Michael Jordan, Michael Schumacher, and Michael Jackson in the early stages of his life.

Sebastian Vettel Early Life: – 

Vettel began go-karting as early as the age of three and began racing in the karts series in early 1995 at the young age of 8. Sebastian Vettel made a breakthrough into the Red Bull Junior Team in 1998 and won several titles, just like the Junior Monaco Kart Cup in 2001. Vettel was then got a promotion to open-wheel cars in 2003 and was given a chance by Derrick Walker to give a trial a Reynard Motorsport Champ Car in a two-day private test at the road course. In the year 2004 later, he grabbed the 2004 Formula BMW ADAC championship with 18 victories out of 20 races. 

Vettel was representing for ASL Mücke Motorsport in the 2005 Formula 3 Euro Series. He was placed fifth in the ultimate standings with 63 points and held the Rookie Cup. He gave the trials for the Williams Formula One team later that year. It was an elite prize for his Formula BMW success. Vettel then went on to give the trials for the BMW Sauber Formula One team in the following season.  

Sebastian Vettel Career: – 

In the initial days of his career from 2006 to 2007, Seb represented the BMW Sauber. He debuted as their third driver in the 2006 Turkish Grand Prix. Vettel hence became the youngest driver to participate in a Grand Prix weekend. Vettel further represented BMW in the 2007 United States Grand Prix.  Further in 2007 to 2008 Seb represented Torro Rosso, Red Bull. In 2008 it was formally announced that he would drive alongside Sebastian Bourdais. He crashed into Mark Webber in the 2008 Japanese Grand Prix and missed out on his career’s first podium finish.  

Later that year he ended 4th in the Chinese Grand Prix. In 2009 the following year he went on to the formal Red Bull team. He got his hands on the 2009 Japanese Grand Prix and also grabbed a pole position in the Chinese Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel became a big name in the Asian Driving Circuit. Sebastian then went on repeatedly representing several franchises. 2009-2014 he was at Red Bull. Later from 2015 to 2016, he was the top-flight racer at Ferrari. Vettel had a bad ending with Ferrari earlier last year and ended up signing for Aston Martin in 2021.
