There are teams that might face a challenge in picking a leader because their teams do not have such characteristics. But to strike a balance, that is necessary. Delhi Capitals Captain for IPL 2023:
There are 4 players who can step in to replace Rishabh Pant as captain. David Warner is the most likely option for them in IPL 2023. This is because the champion player has the experience of leading the Sunrisers Hyderabad to victory in 2016. He was the one who ensured that the orange army picks up the trophy in 2016 for the very first time.
The other option for the Delhi Capitals to lead in IPL 2023 is Manish Pandey. Manish Pandey has a lot of leadership experience in domestic Indian cricket. He has led the Karnataka state team to new heights in domestic cricket. Prithvi Shaw is another player who can lead. He has previously led the Mumbai Cricket Association teams in the domestic Indian circuits. Another fringe option could be to have Mitchell Marsh as captain. So the four available options are as follows:

Apart from the Delhi Capitals, the Chennai Super Kings might have a conundrum while picking a captain for the IPL 2023 too. The front-runner and best option are to ask Ben Stokes to lead. He is currently leading the England red ball team and has converted that squad into an unbeatable force.
Apart from him, Mayank Agarwal is also a good choice for the Sunrisers. This experiment of asking Agarwal to bat with the Punjab Kings failed, but that was because Mayank was asked to bat in the middle order. Mayank will be back in the runs if he bats higher in the order, which will boost his confidence. Another name in the mix would be Bhuvneshwar Kumar. He has led the orange army earlier, so, if he gets the captaincy, it will be no surprise, as he is a great cricket brain too.
