IND vs ENG 2024: After the end of Day 3, England scored 316 runs on loss of wickets in 1st Test match against India in Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad. Ollie Pope scored his ton in test cricket against India. Ollie Pope played not out 148 runs innings in just 208 balls and helped England to lead the test match against host India.

In 1st innings, England got all out at 246/10 in 64.3 overs. Skipper Ben Stokes played crucial innings to help England to reach a decent total in the first innings of the match. Spin Trio of India Ashwin, Jadeja and Axar collectively took 8 wickets of England.

Team India scored 436 runs in the first innings of the 1st Test match against visitor England. Ravindra Jadeja scored 87 runs from India which was highest in first innings. KL Rahul scored 86 runs while Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 80 runs helped India to reach a good total in the first innings of the match.

England, who were behind by 190 runs in the first innings, now lead the test match by 126 runs. England must score over 150 runs in the second innings to set a strong total against India.
