ICC ODI World Cup 2023 Qualifiers Points Table [June 26] Updated Latest After SL vs IRE 2023: On June 25, Sri Lanka defeated Ireland by 133 runs, whereas Scotland Defeated Oman by 76 runs. After winning the third ODI match, Sri Lanka went to the Top spot in Group B and also qualified for the Super Six round.
The Match No. 15 was between Sri Lanka and Ireland, in Which Sri Lanka beat Ireland by 133 runs, the Player of the Match was Dimuth Karunaratne, who Knocked a century and scored 103 runs, leading his team into a good position.
Sri Lanka came to Bat first, and after Dimuth Karunaratne and Sadeera Samarawickrama made a good partnership of 168 runs for the 3rd wicket, Sri Lanka scored 325 runs in 49.5 overs.
In this match, the Key Performer for Sri Lanka was Dimuth Karunaratne, who scored 103 runs in 103 balls, and Wanindu Hasaranga took five wickets. From Ireland’s side, Curtis Campher played a small inning of 39 runs and Pacer, Mark Adair took four wickets.
The Match No.16 was between Scotland and Oman, In which Scotland won against Oman by 76 runs. Brandon McMullen, the player of the match, scored his maiden century and took one wicket.
Scotland played well in this match with both Bat and Ball as they first scored massive 320 runs on the scoreboard and then successfully defended the target by 76 runs, whereas Oman could score only 244 runs in 50 overs with the loss of nine wickets.
