ICC CWC 2023 Qualifiers Super Six Points Table [July 3] Updated After NED vs OMA ODI Match: On July 3, the Netherlands won against Oman by 74 runs through the DLS method. The Player of the Match (POTM) was Vikramjit Singh.
In Match No.27, Netherlands batted first, and Vikramjit Singh and Max O’Dowd came to open for the Netherlands. They gave a good start to their team and played some excellent cricketing shots; they made a massive 117 runs partnership for the 1st wicket.
In the 22nd Over, Netherlands lost their first wicket whereas again Vikramjit made a good partnership with Wesley Barresi, both made 80 runs partnership. Vikramjit knocked a wonderful century at a strike rate of 100.92, scoring 110 runs in 109 balls.
Wesley Barresi has scored 97 runs and missed his century by three runs, whereas Bas de Leede and Saqib Zulfiqar have played an aggressive inning and led their team to a sizeable score of 362 runs.
Leede scored 39 runs in just 19 balls, and Saqib scored 33 runs in 17 balls. From the Oman side, Bilal Khan took three wickets and Mohd. Nadeem took two wickets.
In the Second inning, Oman came to bat, and they lost two wickets in the Powerplay and had a decent start, but Ayan Khan and Shoaib Khan made a crucial partnership of 102 runs for the fifth wicket.
Ayan Khan scored 105 runs in 92 balls with eleven fours and two sixes. Shoaib Khan made 46 runs in 61 balls. From Netherlands Side, Aryan Dutt took three wickets, whereas Ryan Klein took two wickets in this match.
Netherlands defeated Oman by 74 runs using by DLS Method because There was no flood light on the ground, and the visibility was low to play cricket on the ground, However Oman was playing with a slow strike rate and hence lost the match.
