BCCI Awards 2023-24: From Mohd. Shami to Shubman Gill- Check The Full List of Winners: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has recently organised the BCCI Awards Ceremony in Hyderabad after years of gap. However, From Young Players to retired cricketers won awards for their contributions to International and Domestic Cricket. The players have been awarded for their performance in the last four years.

This Award ceremony is known as the “Naman Awards” and it took after a long time on January 23, 2024, in Hyderabad. This Award Ceremony gives a platform to the cricketers for their notable achievement and their contribution to Indian Cricket. Shubman Gill was honoured with the best International Cricketer in the Men’s Category for the Year 2022-23.

Mohammad Shami, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, Shubman Gill got the Polly Umrigar Award for the Best International Cricketer 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23, respectively. Yashasvi Jaiswal was awarded for the Highest Run Scorer in the test whereas Ravichandran Ashwin was awarded for the Highest Wicket-taker in the test (IND vs WI).

Smriti Mandhana won the award for the Best International Women Cricketer for the Year 2020-21 whereas Indian Women Team skipper Harmanpreet Kaur was awarded for the Highest Run-getter in Women’s ODIs for the Year 2021-22. Ravi Shastri and Farokh Engineer won the Col CK Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award.
