1)Ravi Bishnoi can win the Purple Cap in TATA IPL 2022:

Ravi Bishnoi is the talk of the town. This young lad from Rajasthan has a long way to go. His performance against the West Indies was amazing. He has a quick-arm action similar to that of Rashid Khan. Since 2019, Bishnoi has bowled 52% of googlies. His stock delivery is a fast ripper that doesn’t turn. Ravi Bishnoi is another asset for LSG. At a price of 4 Crores, Ravi Bishnoi was a steal made by the Lucknow Super Giants.

The Lucknow Super Giants are building a bowling attack around Avesh Khan as said by Gautam Gambhir. The team will certainly rely on this speedster. Avesh Khan was the second-highest wicket-taker in IPL 2021. Avesh has been growing consistently. At the Delhi Capitals’ team, he realized his full potential. He was equally lethal to Anrich Nortje. Khan bowls consistently at 135 kmph but his variations are too good.

3)Kagiso Rabada can win the Purple Cap in TATA IPL 2022:

Kagiso Rabada is one of the best bowlers in the world. He is a crisp fast bowler and consistently bowls 145 kmph. Kagiso Rabada bowls very precise yorkers. The yorkers are equivalent to laser-guided missiles. Rabada’s presence for the entire IPL is in jeopardy as Dean Elgar has issued a statement that he will ensure SA players complete their national duties. Kagiso bowls at an economy of 6.5.

4)Harshal Patel:

Purple Patel or Harshal Patel as you may know him as excelled the most in recent times. Once a lion, tastes blood, he wants more of it. Based on the same lines, Harshal who won the purple cap in IPL 2021 will be hungry to get more in this season. He picked 32 wickets. Harshal is a key bowler in the death overs. His slower ball and looping slower balls are tough to handle. His off-cutters are well disguised too.

Honorable Mentions:

Dwayne Bravo

Yuzvendra Chahal

Anrich Nortje

5)Varun Chakravarthy:

Varun Chakravarthy, the Kolkata Knight Riders’ trump card is always in the talk. This player who was once a full-time architect is a thoughtful spinner. Mystery spin has always dominated in the IPL. Sunil Narine also enjoyed a lot of success on the same lines. Varun Chakravarthy is tough to pick. His quick one is well-hidden.
