Francois Faf du Plessis is a South African international cricket star and Ex-captain of the South Africa national cricket club. Plessis is a right-handed middle-order batsman and part-time leg-spin bowler. He has played South African domestic cricket for Northerns and the Titans, as well as matches for Lancashire County Cricket Club. Faf Du Plessis will also once again don the yellow of Chennai Super Kings colors after they used the Right to Match card for him. KXIP bought him for Rs 1.6 Cr, but CSK trumped them by using their RTM card and it is a bargain.
