Chennai Super Kings Can Release 6 Players before Indian Primer League 2023

IPL 2023: Chennai Super Kings Winner of VIVO IPL 2021. Chennai Super Kings never appeared in the top five of the TATA IPL 2022 in the points table for the entire Leg. In the auction of season 15, CSK made international players a part of its team at a good price.

But the performance of some players was not good, due to which Chennai Super Kings would not want to include some players in their team in the mini auction of IPL 2023.

Robin Uthappa’s contribution to CSK in the 2021 season was incredible. Robin did not get a chance to wear the yellow jersey until the 13th match of the IPL 2021 season. Mastermind Mahendra Singh Dhoni decided to include him in the playing XI instead of Suresh Raina. Though Uthappa did not make an impressive IPL debut for Chennai Super Kings, his 19-run knock was crucial, earning him a place in the playing XI.

Robbin Uthappa comes true the trust which is shown by the management with a match-winning 63 off just 44 deliveries in the first qualifier against the same opponents, Delhi Capitals, and took Chennai to the IPL 2021 Finals.

In this 2022, Narayan Jagadeesan was bought for 20 lakhs and in the season he played two matches and scored 40 runs at a strike rate of 108.10. It appears that CSK will give Jagadeesan another chance for IPL 2023.

Chris Jordan

Chris Jordan, England’s fast bowler T20 specialist, he was purchased by Chennai Super Kings for INR 3.60 crores in the TATA IPL 2022. Cris Jordan has had an awful IPL season, with only two wickets in four innings for the team. Chennai Super Kings would like to replace the Chris Jordan with the all-rounder in the coming IPL 2023 season.

It seems unlikely that CSK will give Tusshar another chance IPL 2023.

Ravindra Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja’s star did not shine in the TATA  IPL 2022, on the other hand, could not handle the team’s captaincy properly. Jadeja left the captaincy in the middle and such a rumor has spread in the sports media that his behavior is not right and the team’s expectations were high in season 15 but Jadeja did not live up to his expectation.
