The Indian Premier League (IPL) defending champion Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and CSK franchise has started the preparation for auction to win the title again in 2022. As we all know, the IPL 2022 mega auction is all set to organize in Bengaluru on February 12 and 13.
Recently MS Dhoni was spotted arriving in Chennai, before the mega auction. The Chennai Super Kings Skipper have seen check-in into a hotel in Chennai on Thursday (27th January).
On top of the years, Dhoni has been playing a key role in the team auction business and CSK is known for doing well at the auction table despite some amazing selections in the past.
For IPL 2022 Chennai Super Kings retained 4 players, which includes a wicket-keeper batsman and two all-rounders as well as one top-order batsman.
Retained player’s name as like: – captain cool MS Dhoni, (All-rounder) Ravindra Jadeja, (Batsman) Ruturaj Gaikwad and (All-rounder) Moeen Ali.
Chennai Super Kings will have Rs 48 crore as they head into the mega auction, looking to pick a well-balanced squad in the lead up to IPL 2022.
