IPL 2023: RCB won the match by seven runs, Glenn Maxwell knocked 77 runs whereas Faf du Plessis scored 62 runs and Harshal Patel took three wickets whereas Mohd. Siraj has taken one wicket.

For RR, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt padikkal showed good cricket and scored 47 and 52 runs, respectively. In the last few overs, Dhruv Jurel came to bat and scored 34 runs.

A good Partnership by Yashasvi and Padikkal:

In the Second Inning, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal made a partnership of 98 runs, and both looked good and played good shots but couldn’t take it to the last.

Jos Buttler got out at zero runs, whereas Sanju Samson played a small inning and scored 22 runs in 15 balls. Dhruv Jurel try to finish the match but couldn’t do it and scored 34 runs.

Mohd. Siraj and Harshal Patel shines, and RCB won:

Mohd. Siraj took the wicket of Jos Buttler and bowled very economical overs in the Powerplay. He has taken only one wickets with an economy rate of 9.75. Harshal Patel seems like he gets his form and bowled well in the middle overs and gets control in the game.

Harshal took three wickets, whereas David Willey also bowled well, took one wicket and gave only 26 runs hence RCB won.

RCB Started well but ended poorly:

In the First Inning, Virat Kolhi got early into the pavilion and scored zero runs. Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell showed good intent and took charge of hitting the boundaries, and both played well and built good pressure on RR bowlers.

In the 14th over, while taking a quick single, Faf got run out and scored 62 runs, whereas Glenn Maxwell scored 77 runs with a strike rate of 175.00. Both Maxwell and Faf du Plessis made a good partnership of 127 runs.

No other batsmen played a good inning, and again middle order of RCB failed to score runs, but RCB scored 189 runs on board.

Trent Boult and Sandeep Sharma bowled well:

Trent Boult took the wicket of Virat Kholi on the first ball of the inning and then took the wicket of Shahbaz Ahmed, Overall, Boult took two wickets at an economy rate of 10.25.

Sandeep Sharma also bowled well, especially in the last over, as he took two wickets but got expensive. Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal both took one wicket each.
