India announces women’s T20 and ODI squads against West Indies: The BCCI women’s selection committee has announced the 15-member Indian squad for the upcoming three T20s and three ODIs against the West Indies. This women’s cricket series will be played in the next two weeks.

The team will be led by experienced player Harmanpreet Kaur. Along with her, key players like Smriti Mandhana, Jemima Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh, Uma Chhetri, Titas Sadhu, Deepti Sharma, Saima Thakor, Renuka Singh Thakur, Meenu Mani and Priya Mishra will play in both formats.

Three players out of the team due to injury

Yastika Bhatia, Shreyanka Patil and Priya Punia have been ruled out of the series due to injury. Priya Punia suffered a knee injury during the second ODI against Australia, from which she is yet to recover.

India Women’s Cricket T20I & ODI Squads

For the T-20 format in women’s cricket, the selectors have given a chance to some new players. Nandini Kashyap, Sajna Sajeevan and Raghavi Bisht have been included in the team, while these players will not be a part of the ODI team. Some changes have been made in the ODI team. Pratik Rawal, Tejal Hasabnis and Tanuja Kanwar have been given a place in the team. These three players are not a part of the T-20 team.
