ENG vs PAK: England are as always going through a hectic test schedule, of which they just won a series against the West Indies and then recently against Sri Lanka. Though the English men faced some upset due to their loss in the 3rd test, which could not help them with their series sweep.

However, the series had many ups as well as many downs for the English side. They missed the services of star opening batter Zak Crawley, who was ruled out due to an injury, and then faced another massive blow in the form of a Ben Stokes injury.

The skipper was ruled out of the English summer’s final test series; however, good news comes from the center that the English skipper will be back for the tour to the Asian nation of Pakistan.

Stokes return will see off England’s stand-in skipper, Ollie Pope, from the side as their captain; however, he is now England’s full-time no. 3. Also, England faced a major setback as Mark Wood, one of England’s lead red ball pacers, has suffered an injury and hence is ruled out for the remainder of the year.
