Australia Captain Pat Cummins in Doubt for 3-Match ODI Series Against India Due to Suspected Broken Wrist: Australia Captain Pat Cummins is in doubt to play a three-match ODI series against India ahead of World Cup 2023. As per the media report of PTI and other Australian news agencies, Pat Cummins is struggling with a broken wrist from the Ashes Series. In the second innings of Australia in the Fifth Test of Ashes 2023, Pat Cummins was not comfortable playing shots. As a result, Team Australia was not able to chase Target and lost the match by 48 runs.
Cummins could miss the South Africa Tour, and Three match ODI series against India. During the Fifth Test of Ashes 2023, Pat Cummins suffered from a broken wrist. The official announcement of Pat Cummins from Cricket Australia (CA) is yet to be disclosed.
Pat Cummins will not be available for South Africa Tour:
Pat Cummins is expected to miss the South Africa tour, which was scheduled from August 30, 2023, after the England Tour. Australia will play three T20Is and Five ODIs in the South Africa Tour, while against India, they will play 3 ODIs.
