The All Eights teams are divided into two groups of four, and each team will play once against each other in the group stage. The top two teams from each group will move to the semi-finals, and the winners of the semi-finals will be playing in the ACC Men’s Emerging Asia Cup 2023 final.
The defending champions are India A, who won the 2018 tournament in Bangladesh. The other teams to have won the tournament are Pakistan A (2013) and Sri Lanka A (2014), and this time it follows the 50 overs format.
