La Liga giants FC Barcelona can be said to be one of the world’s most competent teams when it comes to football, and what they have faced recently over the last season has been humiliating, which led to the release of world-class manager Xavi. Raphinha scored a recent hat-trick for the Catalan side.
This time around, famous German manager Hansi Flick has been appointed as the FC Barcelona manager after his triple win with Bayern Munich back during his Bundesliga days.
In the recent season of the La Liga, the FC Barcelona team has been performing exceptionally. The transfer market saw them performing exceptionally, as, despite their very low purse, their prime focus was on big-budget players like Nico Williams.
Hansi Flick looked to strengthen the team’s forward line with the Spanish wing duo of Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams, who were major reasons behind Spain’s Euro 2024 triumph.
However, despite the long trial and persuasion, Nico rejected any team’s offer and wanted to splurge with his term at Atletic Bilbao. Barcelona hence didn’t let go of their performing left-wing option, Raphinha, who was made a huge offer from the Saudi Pro League for over 100 million euros.

Barcelona could sign the Spanish midfielder and their old jack, Dani Olmo. Olmo, who was a La Masia product, played most of his youth football at Dinamo Zagreb and later RB Leipzig, as he made an over 50 million euro move to the La Liga side.
Flick is playing Olmo in the midfield alongside Pedri, while Raphinha and Lamine Yamal have contributed immensely to their recent success. Raphinha had given in 4 assists in the season, while Yamal from the right wing had delivered 5 assists as well.
Lewandowski has been a scoring machine as well, with four goals already in the season’s first four games, while Raphinha scored a recent hat-trick against Real Valladolid and added to his goal tally. Under Flick’s beginning era of attacking football, Barcelona are ever strong as before even without Nico in the side, as Barcelona led the side with 12 points, winning all in their first 4 games.
