After the injury, it was reported by trustworthy sources like Sports.es that according to the FIFA club protection program rules, the UEFA will have to pay an amount of $22,000 every day to the Barcelona team, as the injury occurred during international duty. This has a condition that Pedri should be injured enough to be ruled out of the game for over a month, that is, a tenure of 4 weeks or more.
However, with strong morale, Pedri was seen celebrating in the Spanish dugout after their entry into the semi-finals of Euro 2024.
