Three Indian T20I Stars who might play Test cricket with Gautam Gambhir has head coach

3. Rinku Singh

Rinku Singh has become an important part of India’s T20I squad. He has established himself as a potential finisher in the team who can change the game in the final overs. That’s where Rinku is important in T20Is, but his first-class record is also very impressive. He has scored 3173 runs in 47 matches at an average of 54.70. He is temperately very strong and can be a good option when teams look to take charge. Rinku has been with Gautam Gambhir for some years now, and we might see him making his Test debut under him.

2. Hardik Pandya

Hardik Pandya made his Test debut in 2017 and played 11 tests. He is one of those few Indian players with a century and five-wicket haul in Test cricket. His all-round ability makes him a valuable asset, especially when India tour SENA countries. India will play Test series in Australia and England in the coming 12 months, and Gambhir has said that if Hardik is fit for Test then he should play. So we might see this happen in the coming future.

1. Arshdeep Singh

Arshdeep Singh is India’s first-choice pacer in the shorter format. Since his debut in 2022, he has taken most wickets for India in this format. But some recent reports confirmed that India are planning him for the Test cricket. His simple action and ability to swing the ball can make him a good Test bowler. So under Gautam Gambhir, we might see Arshdeep playing Test cricket pretty soon.
