TATA IPL Points Table Updated: Rajasthan Royals defeated Kolkata Knight Riders, and now they have 12 points in the Points Table as they won and lost six matches.
Yashasvi Jaiswal showed good cricket, especially T20I cricket, with the way he played the shots over the deep points, long off, and long on. Jaiswal knocked 98 runs with twelve fours and five sixes. Sanju Samson made a good partnership with Jaiswal of 121 runs, and Sanju himself scored 48 runs.
Kolkata Knight Riders failed to perform with bat and ball; hence, they lost the match. From the batting Department, Venkatesh Iyer knocked 57 runs, whereas, from Bowling Department, Bowlers did not get any wickets in the match.
IPL Orange Cap:
The List is the same as the previous, but one player, Yashasvi Jasiwal comes very close to Faf du Plessis as he is just one run behind him. Faf is in the first position with 576 runs in eleven innings, whereas Yashasvi is in the second position with 575 runs in twelve innings. Yashasvi has a good opportunity to grab the orange cap.
Shubman Gill, with Devon Conway and Virat Kohli are present at third, fourth, and fifth positions as they have 469, 468, and 420 runs, respectively.

IPL Purple Cap:
Yuzvendra Chahal got two rewards in this match; the first is he became the leading wicket-taker, and the second is he got the purple again this season. Chahal bowled well in the last match and took four wickets; now, he has 21 wickets and the purple cap.
Mohd. Shami didn’t have the purple cap for long, but he is in the second spot with 19 wickets, and more importantly, he had played only eleven innings, whereas Chahal played twelve.
Rashid and Tushar also have 19 wickets, but at the same time, Rashid had good economy rate than Tushar this season.

TATA IPL Points Table 2023:
Rajasthan Royals jumped to the third spot in the points table and have the second-best NRR, which is +0.633 after Gujarat. RR has now played twelve games, has two games left, and got a position in the top four of the points table, so they have a good chance of qualifying for playoffs.
Gujarat is in the first position with 16 points, and they have three matches left so GT will finish this season in the top position in the points table.
