PAK VS NZ 2nd ODI: Pakistan won the 2nd One Day International (ODI) against New Zealand by seven wickets, Match winning knock by Fakhar Zaman, who played a Phenomenal inning of 180 runs, whereas Babar Azam scored 65 runs, and Mohammad Rizwan played Match finishing innings of 54 runs.
In the first Inning, New Zealand came to bat, Daryl Mitchell and Tom Latham made a big partnership of 183 runs for the third wicket. Daryl Mitchell played another impressive inning of 129 runs, and Tom Latham(98) and Bowes(51) helped them to set a massive total of 336.
In the second innings, Pakistan played brilliant cricket and chased down the massive target of 336, Fakhar hit the 9th century of his career, Babar Azam played an important inning of 65 runs, and Rizwan finished the game by scoring 54 runs in 2nd ODI Match.
Fakhar Zaman hit Pakistan’s 2nd highest score in ODI:
Fakhar Zaman hit the second-highest score by a Pakistani Cricketer in ODI Cricket And played an inning of 180 runs against New Zealand. From the starting of the innings, Fakhar played attacking shots and led his team to chase the massive target easily.
Another Good Inning came from Babar Azam and Rizwan, who scored 65 and 54 runs, respectively, and helped their team to achieve the massive target.
The Player of the Match award went to Fakhar Zaman for his brilliant innings of 180 runs against New Zealand in the 2nd ODI match in Rawalpindi, and Fakhar knocked 17 fours and six sixes with a strike rate of 125.00.
Fakhar vanished Darly Mitchell century:
In the first inning, Daryl Mitchell played another fantastic inning of 129 runs and helped New Zealand to have 336 runs on board against Pakistan. Daryl Mitchell’s second consecutive century in this series and the third of his career in the ODI format.
Tom Latham, who made an important partnership with Darly Mitchell for the 3rd wicket of 183 runs, but then in the last overs, Pakistan took two wickets and restricted the New Zealand on 336 runs.
NZ bowlers fail in front of Fakhar Zaman:
In the second Inning, New Zealand bowlers surrendered in front of Pakistan batters. Fakhar Zaman Played another outstanding innings of 180 runs against New Zealand in the 2nd ODI. After a few changes in New Zealand bowling, the result was the same as in the first Match.
Matt Henry, Ish Sodhi, and Henry Shipley took one wicket each with a high economy rate. James Neesham and Rachin Ravindra didn’t get any wickets and gave so many runs.
