NZ vs BAN ODI Series 2023 Schedule | New Zealand Tour of Bangladesh 2023 for ODI and T20I Series: New Zealand Cricket (NZC) announced The New Zealand Tour of Bangladesh was scheduled from 21 September 2023 to 6 December 2023.
The tour will start with the ODI series, which was scheduled from 21 September to 26 September 2023. The tour will conclude with the Test series, which was scheduled from 28 November to 6 December 2023.
Tom Latham will lead New Zealand in the upcoming ODI series against Bangladesh. New Zealand’s All format Captain Kane Williamson was injured in May 2023 during IPL. In the absence of Kane Williamson, New Zealand Cricket chose Tom Latham as Captain of New Zealand in the ODI and Test formats.
Tom Latham will lead New Zealand in the World Cup 2023. Shakib Al Hasan will lead Bangladesh in the ODI and Test series against New Zealand. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chose Shakib Al Hasan as Captain of All formats of the Bangladesh Team after Former Skipper Tamim Iqbal stepped down from the captaincy of the Bangladesh national Team in the ODI format.
Both teams will play a Two-match Test series after the World Cup 2023. The first Test match was scheduled at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, Sylhet, from 28 November to 2 December 2023.
The second Test match was scheduled at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka, from 6 December to 10 December 2023. Before the Test series, Bangladesh-A and New Zealand will play a 2-Days Practice Match at Sylhet Stadium on 23-24 November 2023.
