Gujarat Titans’ top order has excelled throughout the season, as either of these batters has together scored nearly 1800+ runs in the season, where Sudharsan has been the highest scorer alongside skipper Shubman Gill and Englishman Jos Buttler. This time around the Titans’ top order has failed, and for the first time, the top order was sent back in the power play.
The Titans have failed miserably with the bat, as opener Sudharsan was the highest scorer with 41 runs, and no other batter looked settled, even for once. Only Shubman Gill, Shahrukh Khan and Rahul Tewatia went on to score in double-digits, while many of them were dismissed too early, as the Titans have been bowled out for just 147 runs.
