Dhruv Jurel played an impactful inning in the last few overs and scored 35 runs at a strike rate of 226.67. Tushar Deshpande took two wickets but gave 42 runs in his spell.
RR started well and end well:
Yashasvi Jaiswal and Buttler started the inning and made a partnership, but Yashasvi contributed more to building this partnership than buttler’s. Yashavi showed cricketing shots and hitting the boundaries, leading RR to have momentum in the game.
Buttler and Sanju Samson didn’t stand with Yashasvi on the pitch and got out by scoring 27 and 17 runs, respectively, whereas Yashasvi got out in the 14th over and knocked 77 runs.
Dhruv Jurel and Devdutt Padikkal played well in the last few overs. Also, they finished the inning as Dhruv scored 34 runs in just 15 balls with three fours and two sixes, whereas Devdutt made 23 runs(not out).
Tushar shifts the momentum of match:
CSK bowlers in the starting couldn’t take early wickets, but In the Middle overs, Tushar Deshpande shifted the whole momentum of the game toward CSK in the 14th over by taking the two important wickets.
Maheesh Theekshana and Ravindra Jadeja has taken one wicket each and also bowled at an economy rate of 6.00 and 8.00, respectively.
A Masterclass Inning By Yashasvi Jaiswal :
Yashasvi comes in with a new mood and intent as he starts hitting big shots and tries to keep pressure on CSK bowlers, and he has done well. Yashasvi kept hitting very bowlers so that they won’t get any momentum in the game.
Yashasvi’s fantastic knock of 77 runs led RR to good runs on board. Otherwise, there might be a much lower score. Yashasvi has played beautifully and knocked four sixes with eight fours at a strike rate of 179.07.
