IPL 2023: KKR Gave RCB Target of 201 Runs, Jason Roy Scored 56 Runs

IPL 2023: KKR Batted well today and made 200 runs in 20 overs, Jason Roy and Nitish Rana has scored 56 and 48 runs, respectively with a good strike rate.

Wanindu Hasaranag and Vyshak Vijay Kumar, both took two wicket whereas Mohd. Siraj took only one wicket.

A Good Start By KKR:

After a long time, KKR’s opening batters performed nicely. Today, Jason Roy comes to open for KKR with N Jagadessan, and both built a good Partnership of 83 runs.

Jason Roy started hitting boundaries from the start of the innings and got early momentum in the game, whereas N Jagadeesan was playing with a slow strike rate and trying to give more strikes to Jason Roy.

KKR Made 200 Runs in 20 Overs:

KKR batted first and made runs in 20 overs; Jason Roy played an impressive and aggressive Inning and scored 56 runs with five sixes and four fours and at a strike rate of 193.10. N Jagadessan has played a slow inning and scored 27 runs.

In the Middle Overs, Nitish Rana and Venkatesh Iyer also made 80 runs partnership. Nitish knocked 48 runs with a strike rate of 228.57, whereas Venkatesh Iyer showed good class and scored 31 runs with three fours. Rinku Singh also scored 18 runs in 10 balls.

Vyshak Vijay Kumar bowled well:

RCB bowlers bowled well in the powerplay, but in the middle overs, they gave many runs and lost momentum. RCB’s leading bowler, Mohd. Siraj took one wickets and again bowled a good economical spell.

Whereas Vyshak Vijay Kumar took the wicket of Jason Roy and N Jagadessan and overall took two wickets and gave 41 runs. Wanindu Hasaranga also took two wicket in the 18th over.
