IND vs SL:  The third and final ODI game between India and Sri Lanka is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday afternoon. This match will be played at the same venue, R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, and Sri Lanka have a strong 1-0 in their favour.

They can’t lose the series from here on. It has also broken India’s winning streak of 11 consecutive bilateral series against the Islanders. But it has put India on the cusp of a series defeat. If India lose the final game, Sri Lanka will register a memorable series win over India at home.

This will be their first series win against India after a long wait of 27 years. It is very important for India to win the game. But Sri Lanka will be satisfied with any result, like no result, win, tie, or washed out as well.

The Indian batters, excluding Rohit Sharma, have struggled in both games. Meanwhile, Arshdeep Singh has not bowled as expected. So there are chances that India might bring in a few new faces. Rishabh Pant or Riyan Parag can come in place of Shivam Dube.

Khaleel Ahmed can come in place of Arshdeep. It totally depends on what Gautam Gambhir and co. are planning ahead of the final IND vs SL game. But the possibility of making any changes is very low. India should back their players and go with them in the final match.
