ICC CWC Qualifiers 2023 Super Six Points Table [June 29] Updated After ZIM vs OMA ODI Match: On June 29, Zimbabwe defeated Oman by 14 runs in the Super Six Round of ODI World Cup Qualifiers 2023, the Player of the Match was Sean Williams.

Zimbabwe came to bat first, and they had a decent start, but Sean Williams played one more fantastic inning and led his team to a massive score. Sikandar Raza and Sean Williams have made 102 runs partnership for the fourth wicket.

Sikandar Raza has completed 4,000 ODI runs and becomes the fastest Player for Zimbabwe to reach this milestone as he reached 4,000 runs in 127 innings. Raza has scored 42 runs in 49 balls and also took one wicket in this match.

Sean Williams knocked his third century of this tournament and scored 142 runs in 103 balls with a strike rate of 137.86, leading his team to a total of 332 runs in 50 overs.

Oman has shown good resistance to the strong Zimbabwe side as they took seven wickets but leaked some runs, whereas they didn’t lose a wicket early as Kashyap Kumar and Aqib Llyas played well and made an 83 runs partnership. After that, some small partnerships came, but more was needed to win this match.

Kashyap Kumar scored 103 runs in 97 balls, whereas Aqib Ilyas scored 45 runs, and Bowler Fayyaz Butt took four wickets. In the end, they lost the match by 14 runs.
