Dwayne John Bravo or DJ Bravo as he is known was born on 7th October 1983 in Santa Cruz in the remote islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Bravo was the only son of John Bravo and Joycelene Bravo. He had 4 sisters. Dwayne Bravo also has a half-brother named Darren Bravo. Darren is also a well-established cricketer. Bravo from 2011 became a staple in the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL.
