3. Jasprit Bumrah – 2/18 vs South Africa in Final

Fans have always criticised Jasprit Bumrah for not performing on the big stage. But it was Jasprit Bumrah’s second spell in the final against South Africa that brought India to the game. India posted a total of 176/7. Bumrah dismissed Rezza Hendricks in this first over. Then, in his second spell, he gave away just 6 runs in two overs and dismissed Marco Jansen when South Africa needed 30 runs off five overs. Bumrah finished with 2/18, and India pulled off a stunning win by 7 runs to win the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
