Womens Asia Cup T20 2024: The ninth edition of the women’s Asia Cup is underway in Sri Lanka. A total of 8 teams are taking part in the tournament, with India are the defending champion. India’s womens team have won seven out of the last eight editions and are very strong contender to win the ongoing tournament as well. There are two groups divided into four teams each.
India with Pakistan, UAE and Nepal are in Group A, while Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Thailand are in Group B. Every team will play three group matches, and the top two teams from both groups will qualify for the semifinals. A total of 15 matches will be played in the tournament, and all these games will be held at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla, with the final on July 28.
