IND vs BAN: The under-mentioned video showed the Indian pacers engaging in an intense training session under the guidance of legendary Protea pace bowler Morne Morkel.


After his initial days with the Indian bowling deck, Morkel claimed that he was enjoying his days at the Indian camp, and it was amazing to deal with a bunch of world-class bowlers.

The video marks the selected pacers for the Bangladesh squad, as they include the likes of all-rounder Hardik Pandya alongside the 3 frontline pacers, Harshit Rana, Arshdeep Singh, and lastly the much-anticipated debutant, Mayank Yadav.

Morkel was seen giving some vital tips to the players on the field, as the young players are among many debutants, as Rana and Mayank are about to make their first outing for the Indian team, under the reign of Gambhir and Morkel.

India’s Supposed Pace Deck Ahead of the Bangladesh Series

The Bangladesh series has already marked some eminent changes to the Indian team, especially in the bowling and all-rounders deck. Many new players have been included, among whom quite a few players have not even made their debuts yet.

Nitish Kumar Reddy is being picked for the second time in the Indian squad after he was dropped from the series against Zimbabwe and will be seen in the New Zealand series as well.

Also, Harshit Rana is picked for t20Is once again after the Sri Lanka series; however, this time around he could be expected to make his debut. Also much anticipated and well-renowned for his high pace, Mayank Yadav was under the radar of both Gautam Gambhir and Morne Morkel since the LSG days.

Finally, Mayank has made a place for himself in the Indian team. Morkel would also have the likes of spinner Ravi Bishnoi and also KKR spinner Varun Chakravarthy, who has been called up by the Indian team for the first time since 2021.

Also, India will have Abhishek Sharma, Washington Sundar, and Riyan Parag indulging in the role of a spinning all-rounder.
