KKR vs MI Injury Updates: The KKR head coach Chandrakant Pandit has been the forefront speaker for the defending champions. His recent interview was based on the possible return of Sunil Narine.
The veteran all-rounder for Kolkata Knight Riders missed a game for KKR for the first time since 2020, when he missed a match at Guwahati. Narine missed the previous match owing to illness and supposedly he has recovered from it and is all set to be picked up for the KKR playing 11 against MI at the Wankhede Stadium on 31st of March.
Sunil Narine started IPL 2025 in a convincing fashion, as he scored 44 runs striking well above 150, just the role he is known for. While he also bowled his spell with a wicket picked giving away just 27-runs in 4 overs.
Head coach, Chandrakant Pandit has confirmed that Sunil Narine is “100%” fit and he has had a full practice session alongside his teammates. Moeen Ali replaced the star in the previous match, however, if Narine returns he might loose his place in the KKR Playing 11.
Narine posses a stellar record against Mumbai Indians, as in over 23 matches played against this opposition on all venues, they have picked 26 wickets with an average of 23.55 and economy of 6.81.
