Expected Playing XI:
Rohit Sharma (C), Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Anmolpreet Singh, Kieron Pollard, Tim David, N Tilak Verma, Daniel Sams, Mayank Markande, Tymal Mills/Riley Meredith, Jasprit Bumrah.
Strengths: The presence of five match-winners is a big plus point. They have got their core back. Pollard, Rohit, Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Jasprit Bumrah are key players like every season. Fast bowling is looking threatening with Jofra Archer in the mix.
Weakness: The weakness of the team is the absence of an experienced middle-order batsman. They should have bid for Rassie or Malan.
Opportunities: The opportunities are several. Tim David will have to step up in absence of Hardik Pandya. N Tilak Verma is a player who has a lot of eyeballs on him. Mayank Markande can make a comeback in the community after a few good performances.
Threats: The threat is over-spending and reliance on Tim David. Tim David isn’t a proven match-winner in India. Mumbai has gone on his reputation.

Expected Playing XI:
Jason Roy, Shubman Gill, Abhinav Sadarangani/Wriddhiman Saha, Vijay Shankar, David Miller, Hardik Pandya(C), Rahul Tewatia, Jayant Yadav, Rashid Khan, Lockie Ferguson, Mohammed Shami.
Strengths: The presence of two explosives openers is a big plus point. They have a stable middle-order which is full of experience. Fast bowling also looks good with Shami and Lockie. Have a top-notch spin attack.
Weakness: The absence of a good number 3 batter. Matthew Wade, Wriddhiman Saha, and Abhinav Sadarangani will have to step up.
Opportunities: Big chance for Hardik Pandya to make a case for himself. With the emergence of Venkatesh Iyer, Pandya and his case has weakened but if Pandya can get his team to grand success, it will make a big impact.
Threats: The dependence on the top order is evident. If they fail, the team can fumble. Shubman Gill is also prone to injuries. And GT doesn’t have a backup opener.

Expected Playing XI:
Venkatesh Iyer, Sam Billings (WK) /Alex Hales, Nitish Rana, Shreyas Iyer, Rinku Singh, Andre Russell, Pat Cummins, Varun Chakravarthy, Umesh Yadav, Sunil Narine, Shivam Mavi.
Strengths: The presence of their core players is their strength. Nitish Rana has been bought back. Pat Cummins is also back. Ajinkya Rahane can also contribute with the experience.
Weakness: Sam Billings and Sheldon Jackson’s conundrum needs to be solved. The thing is that KKR will have to figure out who will keep wickets for them. Andre Russel is also prone to injuries; his backup needs to be found.
Opportunities: Opportunity for Shreyas Iyer to show that he has amazing captaincy skills. He will also have the opportunity to bat up the order and make a strong case for the T20 World Cup in Australia.
Threats: The threats are injuries if Andre Russell and Varun Chakravarthy. In the absence of these two players, the team looks weak. Also, Umesh Yadav leaks run at times and so does Shivam Mavi.
