England vs Pakistan: England is the highest test-playing nation in the history of the game, as they play an average of nearly 20 test matches in a single WTC cycle. They are currently on their tour to the Asian country before they mark their second home series with the Kiwis since they completed one last month against the Sri Lankan side.

England dominated majorly in the first game of the series, as Joe Root and Harry Brook both served the best cricketers, as they stood for a huge partnership of 454 runs for the fourth wicket.

Root scored his highest ever Test individual score while he was backed by Harry Brook who surpassed the shadows of Root to emerge as England’s 5th triple centurion since the last scored 34 years back in 1990 from the legend Graham Gooch.

Pakistan when announced their squad for the last two test matches against England made some huge changes in the history of Pakistan cricket, as their greatest ever cricketer, Babar Azam is dropped from the side owing to his severe dig in form.

Ben Stokes the England skipper was ruled out from international cricket since he suffered a major injury to his hamstring back during his playing days in The Hundred. After having missed the entire Lankan home series, he is also about to return to the field with the second test at Multan.

Pakistan made four big changes to their Playing 11 for the second test: They have dropped the veteran Babar Azam from the side, while debutant Kamran Ghulam is about to set foot on the field for the first time in international cricket.

Also, Pakistan the team that often takes over an all-pace attack idea, while they have tanked up with a deck full of spinners, as they released Naseem and Shaheen while also resting Abrar Ahmed. Noman Ali, Zahid Mehmood and lastly Sajid Khan, the slow-left armer, leg-spinner as well as off-spinner respectively are being brought into the side alongside Salman Ali Agha.

England have not made many significant changes to the squad they have only replaced Chris Woakes the bowling all-rounder, with their skipper Ben Stokes who might not be included as a bowler in the side. England will go with the combination of 2-spin and 2-pace duo.
