Indian spin superstar Yuzvendra Chahal has been out of international cricket for a long time, as it was last in 2023 when he made his final international appearance for India in any format.

Chahal has been undergoing some drastic changes in his personal life, especially his growing concerns about the widespread rumors about the speculated divorce with his wife, Dhanashree Verma.

The Instagram fame is known for her dance moves on social media platforms; however, she has faced immense trolling on social media, as several followers of Chahal, as well as chauvinists of the society, have assassinated Dhanashree’s public image and character.

Disgusted by all this, she took to her Instagram profile and wrote some condemning comments on her trolls. She also portrayed self-belief and showed how these attempts to malign her character bring no negativity into her life.

Dhanashree’s post read, “The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. What’s truly upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact-checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate.“

“I’ve worked hard for years to build my name and integrity. My silence is not a sign of weakness but of strength. While negativity spreads easily online, it takes courage and compassion to uplift others.”

“I choose to focus on my truth and move forward, holding onto my values. The truth stands tall without the need for justification. Om Namah Shivaay”

Amid all the speculations, something that holds good news is that Chahal, for the first time ever, has received such a huge bid price, which suits his standards in the IPL.

Chahal, who is the highest wicket-taker of the IPL and the first player to have completed 200 wickets in the history of the tournament, is the recipient of several purple caps.

Chahal always seemed a target for the Punjab Kings, the team that entered the auction with the highest purse amount, as he was picked alongside Ashdeep Singh, as they spent 36 crores on the two players. Chahal will now be seen in reds, which will be his 4th franchise to star for in the Indian Premier League.
