Teammates admit to having their go at including Nico Williams under their club belt

Nico Williams—the name counts a lot after Euro 2024. Spain has led by example, with their two youngsters in promising form down the two flanks. Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams have been unbeatable down the wings for La Roja.

Club teams from around the world are looking forward to robe in the Athletic Bilbao superstar. After his commanding presence down the flanks in Spain’s Euro 2024 campaign, Williams has attracted the sight of legendary clubs like FC Barcelona being the forerunner alongside several other European clubs from the Premier League. The two most forerunning teams in contention for Williams include FCB and Chelsea.

Manchester City have the likes of Rodri, who can be their representative in convincing the Bilbao winger. While PSG have midfielder Fabian Ruiz for the same. City will be the team alongside other competitors like Chelsea and FC Barcelona, who are seeking players to approach Williams in their Euro 2024 set-up.

Marc Cucurella has been Chelsea’s star despite their low form. The Spanish left-back has been enjoying great coordination down the left flank for both sides. The defender has admitted that Nico Williams is respected by any side, and having a prospect like him in the team is immensely praised by all.

Lamine Yamal and Pedri, who are Barcelona’s first-team players, are also equally interested, as they want to include them in the Catalan club, which would fix their issues down the left flank in the attacking half.

Cucurella admitted to trying to convince his La Roja teammate to join Chelsea, as he accepts that his presence is highly commendable for any side. However, the final call still remains with Nico Williams as to which side he wants to see himself in the future.
