TATA IPL Points Table: MI defeated RCB by six wickets and jumped from 8th to 3rd Position in the TATA IPL Points Table. It is now expected that Mumbai Indians will make it into the playoffs.

Suryakumar Yadav played a sensational knock against Bangalore in the Wankhede stadium and showed his power-hitting abilities. He turned the game entirely in favour of MI and helped Mumbai to grab this win in just 16.3 overs. Surya’s knock was an absolute Game Changer, He made 83 runs in just 35 balls with a strike rate of 237.14 and also hit six sixes.

Ishan Kisan also contributed well, as his knock led MI to have early momentum in the game, Ishan scored 42 runs with four sixes at a strike rate of 200.00. Nehal Wadhera, A youngster, has proved himself with his second fifty of IPL, he scored 52 runs in 34 balls with three sixes.

RCB’s Skipper, Faf du Plessis, again played impressive cricket, scoring 65 runs with three sixes and five fours. Glenn Maxwell showed his hitting game and knocked 68 runs in 33 balls.

Both Side bowling was not so impressive, but Mumbai bowled well in the starting few overs and in the death overs, whereas Bangalore was almost out of the game when they were bowling. For MI, Jason Behrendroff got three wickets, two of which was big Fishes. For RCB, Wanindu Hasaranga has taken two wickets.

IPL Orange Cap:

In this list, There is no change in the Position of the players, but there is an increment in the runs of a few players. Faf now has 576 runs in eleven innings and also holding the orange Cap. Yashasvi Jaiswal is in 2nd Position with 477 runs, followed by Shubman Gill, Devon Conway and Virat Kohli.

IPL Purple Cap:

Piyush Chawla got wicket-less in the match against RCB but he has 17 wickets in eleven matches and also a good economy rate of 7.46. Mohd. Shami is holding the purple cap and has 19 wickets, whereas Rashid Khan is present at the 2nd spot.

TATA IPL Points Table:

After Winning the match against RCB, Mumbai Indians came to the 3rd spot in the TATA IPL Points Table and now have good chances for qualification. They have won six matches with five lost and have 12 points with an NRR of -0.255.

Bangalore has made its way for qualification harder as they lost the match and slipped to the 7th spot in the TATA IPL Points Table. RCB have ten point only, and now they will compete with Rajasthan, Kolkata and Punjab.

Gujarat, with 16 points, is at the top position in the TATA IPL Points Table, whereas Chennai is in 2nd position with 13 points.
