Top 5 Batsmen who have faced most Dot Balls in IPL history

IPL Archives: T20 cricket is all about big shots and the fearless approach of the batters. The extraordinary number of attempts made by modern batsmen to find the fence with their shots is what makes T20 cricket such a highly regarded format of the game. The shortest format of the game requires batters to go for the big shots at any given time.

However, this is not the case with the bowling side, as their major task is to choke the opposition batters and prevent them from finding quick runs in the form of singles and doubles too. Because of the pressure caused by early wicket falls, batters are frequently seen struggling to rotate the strike.

Players often end up playing an excessive amount of dot balls in an attempt to stabilise the inning. It’s no doubt that the players who have had the longest careers in the IPL have played the highest number of dot balls in the league’s history. It’s time to take a look at the top five players in IPL history who have played the most dot balls: –
