IND vs SA: India is the dominant side; being the World Champions, they are expected to be on top of the world, especially in the shortest format of the game. Ever since they won the World Cup, they have not lost a single T20 game.

Under the newly announced skipper, Suryakumar Yadav, who took command of the T20 side, India has been an invincible side in the shorter format, losing their first game to the Proteas in a low-scoring thriller, despite the Men in Blue first restricting them to a minor 66/6.

Protea veteran Herschelle Gibbs recently made the buzz with his farsighted prediction, as he claimed, that South Africa will be the better team in the undergoing series, as the hosts might dominate the Men in Blue with a 3-1 victory in the series.

India will take on the Proteas in the third T20I to be played at the SuperSport Park today, as some changes might be seen to the Indian squad.

India Squad for the T20I series: Suryakumar Yadav (captain), Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson (wicketkeeper), Rinku Singh, Varun Chakaravarthy, Ramandeep Singh, Vijaykumar Vyshak, Ravi Bishnoi, Arshdeep Singh, Tilak Varma, Jitesh Sharma (wicketkeeper), Hardik Pandya, Axar Patel, Avesh Khan, and Yash Dayal.

IND vs. SA: Possible Playing 11

Opening Batters: Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma

India has not had the finest of performances from their opener, Abhishek Sharma, who has repeatedly underperformed at the top of the Indian batting order, ever since his only impactful innings on the international stage were back in his second game against Zimbabwe.

While Sanju Samson, on the other hand, has been in some sublime form, with repetitive centuries made by the opening batter in successive matches of the shorter format.

Middle-order batters: Suryakumar Yadav [C], Tilak Varma, Rinku Singh

The middle order would also remain the same, as the skipper leads the middle order coming in at no. 3. Middle-order batsman Tilak Varma might be promoted up the border while SKY can come in at no. 4.

The fine India batter, who recently bagged a huge retention from the defending champions, has not had the best of forms in the South African nation; however, he would be coming back stronger than ever.

All-rounders: Hardik Pandya, Ramandeep Singh, and Axar Patel

Ramandeep Singh, the boy looking to make his international impact on debut, will be seen in a role in case he makes it into the cut as the extra batting hand, thus replacing Bishnoi, who has not had much of an effect in the Protea conditions. Pandya and Axar might hold onto their places as proper bowling options.

Bowlers: Arshdeep Singh, Yash Dayal, and Varun Chakravarthy

Left-arm veteran Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh is a true inspiration, being a World Cup winner by the age of 25 years while also just 8 wickets away from being the highest wicket-taker in the format.

Dayal might make his first major debut for India after being previously picked for India’s test side against Bangladesh as well. Chakravarthy keeps his position from the successful second T20 performance.
