While Chasing the Target in their Second inning, England had a good start, scoring 27 without any loss at the end of Day 3. However, they lost three wickets before Lunch on Day 4. After it, Harry Brook played fantastic cricket and stood alone to win this match for his team, and he scored 75 runs.
In the end, Chris Woakes played a match-winning inning of 32 runs, and England Won the third Test by three wickets. The Player of the Match was Mark Wood, who took seven wickets in this match and scored 24 & 16* runs, respectively, in both innings.
