Dinesh Karthik made his T20I debut in December 2006 and played his last T20I game in November 2022. He played a total of 60 T20Is and scored 686 runs in 48 innings at an average and strike rate of 26.38 and 142.61, respectively, with a best of 55. He played this format for a period of 15 years and 336 days, which is the second-longest by an Indian after Rohit Sharma, who is still active.
3rd Most ODI runs without a 100 for an Indian
Dinesh Karthik made his ODI debut in September 2004 against England, and his last game was in July 2019 against New Zealand. During this period, he played 94 ODIs and scored 1752 runs at an average of 30.20. He scored nine half-centuries, and his best ODI score is 79. He didn’t score an ODI century. Dinesh Karthik holds the record for the second-most dismissals by a wicket-keeper in an inning. Karthik had four dismissals as a keeper against England in July 2022 at Southampton.
